DEFINITIONS
In order to ensure full understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions, the following terms, both singular and plural, shall have the meanings set forth below.

Products: Roasted coffee and related products.
User: Any individual who accesses and uses the application.
Consumer User: A natural person over the age of 18 who makes purchases.
Terms or Conditions of Use: This contract governing the relationship between the owner and users and the sale or supply of products through the site.
The following document outlines the general terms and conditions under which customers are offered to use the site offering Roasted Coffee, Coffee Blends and related products. Access to and use of the site are subject to the following terms and conditions of use, as well as the purchase of products and/or services implies the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions, particularly the pages posted on the site relating to secure payments, shipping, returns and privacy.
Use of the site implies acceptance by the user of these terms and conditions. In particular, by sending an order through the site, the customer explicitly and unreservedly authorizes, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, the processing of their personal data for administrative and commercial purposes, as well as accepts the conditions listed in the section entitled “Privacy policy”. Therefore, anyone accessing or using the services on the site expressly agrees with the owner that the site and the conditions are governed by Italian law. The territorial jurisdiction will be the one established by the Consumer Code, i.e. the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the Italian territory.
The owner takes all necessary precautions to ensure that the content of the site is accurate and free of incorrect or outdated information with respect to the date of publication. However, it assumes no responsibility to users for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of any content posted on the site. In addition, it cannot guarantee that the site will function uninterruptedly, without errors or malfunctions, and is not responsible for problems, damages, or risks that users may encounter in using the site related to the use of the Internet network, beyond its control.
The holder will not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by users due to breach of contract for reasons beyond the holder’s control, and the user will only be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The holder shall not be responsible for fraudulent or illegal use that third parties may make of credit cards and other means of payment, since it does not come into contact with the payment data used (credit card number, holder’s name, password, etc.). The holder will not be responsible for any misuse or inappropriate use of the site by users or third parties, nor for the delivery of products to an incorrect address or recipient, since the user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information entered.
The holder reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change all or part of these terms and conditions without notice. Users must abide by the terms stated in the conditions and check the page periodically for any changes, which will become binding immediately upon posting on the site. The holder may change the price of products at any time, but such changes will not affect contracts already concluded prior to the change.
The user must verify the accuracy of the data in the order confirmation and promptly report any errors to the holder. The user agrees to pay the price of the product at the time and in the manner indicated on the site and to provide all the required data. Upon receipt of the product, the user must verify compliance with the order and the integrity of the packaging. If there is obvious damage to the packaging or the product, the user may refuse the delivery and return the product without charge to the sender carrier. Once the delivery document has been signed, the user cannot raise any disputes about the external characteristics of the delivered products.
Products will be delivered to the address specified by the user in the manner and time specified on the website. Delivery time means the period normally required to deliver the product after the courier has taken it over. If it is not possible to deliver the requested products, the order will not be accepted and the user will be notified.
Information on the Right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 49, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014. The receipt by Errepi Torrefazione of the order sent by the customer via telematic means constitutes a contractual proposal by the customer. The acceptance of this proposal takes place with the sending by Errepi Torrefazione of an email confirming the order and then the sending of the email confirming the shipment of the order.
If within 15 working days Errepi Torrefazione does not accept the contract proposal, it will be considered rejected. The user has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to specify the reasons within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the user or a third party designated by the user, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Errepi Torrefazione of your decision to withdraw from the contract using a form found in the “Return Policy” section.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the user to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the period. If the user decides to withdraw from the contract, the user will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product and will receive a refund of all payments made for that product, without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day Errepi Torrefazione is informed of the user’s decision to withdraw from the contract. Refunds will be made only if the withdrawal is exercised correctly and if all items in the order are returned. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the user for the initial transaction and may be delayed until the goods are received.
The owner will not accept a return if the product is damaged or used. In such a case, the product will be sent back to the buyer and shipping costs will be charged to the buyer. RETURN POLICIES
You may return one or more items within 14 days from the date of delivery (including holidays) and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products. After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. We cannot accept returns of items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent and received. No exchanges of items will be made. In the case of defective or damaged items, please contact us by email at info@caffesempre.it and we will assist you in handling your request.
BEFORE PROCESSING THE RETURN
Before returning merchandise, please make sure that you meet the following requirements and follow the instructions provided below to ensure that your return is accepted and that your refund can be processed as quickly as possible:
Check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was received.
REFUND
Upon receipt of your return, we will proceed to verify that all of the conditions listed above have been met. If the return procedure has been performed correctly, we will process the refund using the same payment method used during the purchase, excluding the initial shipping costs.
Usually, the refund is processed within a few days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution. You will be able to monitor the status of your return by logging into your profile and selecting the “My Returns” option.

SHIPPING FEES
We offer standard shipping service. All shipments are insured against damage or loss and are traceable. Once the shipment has been made, we will provide you with the tracking code, which will allow you to monitor the progress of the shipment 24 hours a day on the courier’s website.
Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the order and the shipping location.
FREQUENT QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPMENTS
ORDER INSURANCE All shipments are insured free of charge against damage or loss until delivered to the address specified by the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make the actual pickup of the order to ensure service. We recommend that you make arrangements in advance and, if necessary, contact our Customer Service Department if you are unable to pick up your order.
POSSIBLE DELAYS Under exceptional circumstances, your order shipment may be delayed due to payment processing. For example, if payment authorization by credit cards (or PayPal) is delayed, or if the crediting of a bank transfer occurs later than on weekdays. Orders are delivered to the courier for shipment following the chronological order based on the time of receipt of payment. Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 72 hours of ordering. However, on holidays and during busy periods of orders, the processing time may extend up to 6/7 days. In these situations, we guarantee our support for any concerns or needs you may have.

PACKAGE MANUFACTURING
If you notice that your package has been tampered with, we advise you to accept it “with reservation” (your right) or reject it. In case of such a situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We would need relevant information so that we can report the incident to the responsible carrier.
FAILED DELIVERY
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or missing address or phone number, the package may be returned to Errepi Torrefazione at your expense, including any costs associated with returning the goods. These costs will be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions about this, please contact our Customer Service Department.
